Earthquake occurred off the Indonesian island of Lombok

An earthquake of magnitude 3.6 occurred off the Indonesian island of Lombok, the information portal Detik reports. According to Indonesia's meteorology, climatology and geophysics agency, the earthquake struck on February 17 at 23:29 local time. The epicentre of the earthquake is at sea 6 km northeast of Lombok at a depth of 12 km, the country's meteorology, climatology and geophysics agency said in a statement. According to the news agency, earlier two earthquakes of magnitude 5 and 5.1 occurred in the Indonesian provinces of East Java and Maluku.
