In Kazakhstan coronavirus found in six-month-old infant


Three people contracted coronavirus in Karaganda region of Kazakhstan, including a six-month-old child. This was reported on April 17 at the operational headquarters of the State Commission for Combating the Spread of Infection. The baby's parents fell ill COVID-19 and were hospitalized in an infectious hospital. At that time, the child was in a provision hospital. The second patient was a 41-year-old resident of Karaganda who became infected after contact with an infected person. The third patient is a 19-year-old resident of Temiratu. According to the news agency, as of April 17 in Kazakhstan identified 1,480 cases of coronavirus infection, recovered 285 people, died 17.
