This is a big step: trump reforming the police

Donald trump has signed a decree on police reform amid mass protests against police violence and racism. The US President has banned the use of law enforcement suffocating receptions during the arrest -- except when a COP's life is in danger. In addition, trump instructed to make available the biography of a police officer during his employment, and to provide grants for training police officers. However, the decree of the President, by and large, will not affect the situation in the country, experts say.
