But we do not consider it possible to try from outside to impose mediators on the Belarusian leadership and the Belarusian people, be it the OSCE, the EU, some separate neighboring country. Lavrov Lavrov stressed that the Belarusian people are wise, a people who themselves will find forms in which a national dialogue can be organized, and where they will help overcome the difficulties that have arisen now. As previously reported by the news agency, Bigan is in Moscow on a two-day visit, during which he is also planned to meet on the topic of North Korea. Today, he has already held talks on the issue of Russian-American arms control.
