In March in Ukraine sales of cars fell by 12%

According to the results of March 2020, Ukrainian motors bought 6.4 thousand units of new cars, which is 12% less than last year's sales level. This is reported on the website of the analytical agency Autostat. It is noted that the fall in sales of cars on the market of Ukraine occurred for the first time in the last 14 months. The most in the country during the reporting period was bought cars of the French brand Renault. In March, Ukrainian motors purchased 1,260 such cars, 20% more than last year. The second place is taken by the Japanese brand Toyota. Here sales decreased by 21%, to 660 copies. The three leaders are closed by the machines of the Korean company KIA 570 units, which is 18% less than the result of last year. The fourth and fifth places in this rating are taken by Nissan (350 units) and Hyundai (320 units), respectively. Recall, in Germany sales of new cars in March of this year amounted to 215 thousand units by 38% less than in the same period last year.
