Rwanda revealed a record number of COVID-19 cases in 24 hours

New 22 cases of coronavirus infection have been detected in Rwanda over the past 24 hours, the press service of the Ministry of Health reports. It is noted that this is a record number of new type of coronavirus infected during the day. Thus, the total number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the country reached 176. The Ministry of Health of Rwanda notes that recently the country has increasingly detected COVID-19 from truckers. Also since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic in Rwanda, 87 have been cured of the disease and discharged from medical facilities. Another 89 people are currently under treatment.
