War: Ugra 1941-1945 Radio REGNUM

Khanty-Mansi National District was part of the Omsk Region during the war years. The region mobilized all human, natural and productive resources to the labor front and to the Red Army. The Khanty-Mansi National District is currently home to 89 fighting veterans of the Great Patriotic War. In 1939, the population was nearly 93.3.
