Head of HR service Adidas quit due to conflict with black

The head of the HR service of Adidas, Karen Parkin, filed for dismissal due to a quarrel with a black colleague. This was reported on June 4 by Bloomberg. The reason for the conflict was Parkin's reaction to the requirements for ensuring equal working conditions for employees with different skin colors. The scandal also forced the woman to resign from the company's board of directors. Parkin called the demands of a black worker a noise, which forced her to quit. Not even a public apology helped. Recall that Parkin worked at Adidas for 23 years, she was the only woman on the board of directors. Now, only men are involved in managing the company, moreover, white skin.
