Power reform: what bills Putin proposed

Russian President Vladimir Putin introduced a package of bills to the State Duma, the purpose of which is to bring legal norms in line with the amendments to the Constitution adopted at the All-Russian vote on July 1. According to the project, the head of state will be able to remove any member of the Cabinet, including the prime minister, without dissolving the government.
